Effective edition dated 5 September 2026.
Operator: Individual Entrepreneur Roman Eduardovich Lomonosov; INN 702405365517; OGRNIP 325700000046374; state registration date: 8 October 2025; registering authority: Directorate of the Federal Tax Service for the Tomsk Region; email: metamorfozum11@gmail.com; website: https://metamorfozum.com.
By selecting the dedicated consent checkbox, the user freely and knowingly consents to the processing of the ordinary personal data described below, including the cross-border transfer of minimised textual materials to OpenAI in the United States of America as described in section 6. The Terms of Service and Public Offer are accepted through a different checkbox and are not a substitute for this consent.
1. Adult user and data subject
The user confirms that they are at least 18 years old and provide their own data or otherwise have a lawful basis to provide it.
2. Data covered
- name or preferred form of address, email and any voluntary additional contact;
- selected product and request, order and payment-status data;
- questionnaire answers, free text and requested clarifications;
- working materials, report versions and text, preparation and delivery statuses;
- date, time, IP address, User-Agent and document version to the extent required for consent evidence and session protection.
3. Data not requested
This consent does not cover deliberate processing of special-category or biometric personal data. METAMORFOZUM does not deliberately request medical diagnoses or treatment, religious beliefs, political opinions, intimate-life information, racial or ethnic origin, or biometrics, and asks users not to include them in their answers.
4. Purposes
- creating and supporting a request;
- confirming payment and opening the private questionnaire;
- saving a draft and processing the submitted questionnaire;
- using OpenAI to prepare a draft personalised information-and-analysis report, followed by manual review, publication and delivery;
- handling corrections, complaints and refunds;
- protecting the service and performing the contract and legal obligations.
5. Operations and methods
Permitted operations are collection, recording, organisation, accumulation, storage, correction, retrieval, use, provision to engaged processors where necessary, cross-border transfer within the scope described in section 6, de-identification, restriction, deletion and destruction. Processing may be automated, non-automated or mixed.
6. Infrastructure, OpenAI and cross-border transfer
The main system and PostgreSQL are hosted on Timeweb infrastructure in the Russian Federation, where source user data is first recorded and stored. Robokassa receives payment data, including email, transiently and only as required; full card data is not provided to the Operator.
To prepare a draft report, the Operator transmits to OpenAI in the United States of America minimised textual data: necessary questionnaire answers, corresponding question text, selected-product information, methodology instructions and analytical working text. The result is returned to METAMORFOZUM infrastructure in the Russian Federation for storage and manual review.
The OpenAI request does not include separate name, email or phone fields, Robokassa payment data or identifiers, internal request or order identifiers, IP address, cookies or session identifiers, technical account data, or administrative metadata. This exclusion of direct identifiers and minimisation of the request does not amount to absolute anonymisation of free text.
7. Duration
Consent remains valid until its purposes have been met or it is withdrawn, unless longer retention is required for contract performance, legal compliance or legal protection. Specific periods and deletion rules are set out in the Privacy Policy.
8. Withdrawal
Send withdrawal to metamorfozum11@gmail.com with enough information to locate the request. Withdrawal does not invalidate earlier lawful processing.
If consent is withdrawn before a personalised order is completed and work cannot continue without the relevant data, the Operator stops that processing and explains the next step. Any refund is determined under the Offer, Refund Terms and applicable law.
